If I know I am going to go way over my calorie limit a few days from now, will it hurt if I wait until then to eat back calories (or the 50% of them) burnt during exercise?

Moderation is key. Just don't go overboard on those vacation days and you should be able to maintain.0

I think a lot of people do that every week. You should still see a loss if you're holding onto a weekly deficit.0 -
As long as you feel fueled enough after your workout/before your next. I used to do that when I could stomach a little cardio. I'm big on the weekly intake though. I shave off 100 calories on the weekdays so I can eat more on Saturday.0
