Hi I am new to this. Hopefully this will help me achieve my desired weight goal :) My baby is almost 2yrs old and I can't loose the exrra weight that I have gained......so I giving this a try

    You can totally do this. I waited 23 years to start losing the "baby weight" so you're already ahead! :)
