I just started using the app today, but I've been dieting & exercising all week! My begging weight was 142 & now I'm at 135. My goal weight is 120/125. I need all the motivation I can get! Feel free to add me if you'd like!!

    Keep pushing yourself. You got this!!! Keep your calories at a deficit, not too low.
