My mom got this guy for me for Christmas:

I like it quite a lot. It does automatically shut off after a minute or so (which irritates me to no end that it does it and I don't have the option to do it otherwise and because there's no way I'd just leave it on forever ... also, why does it have to be a minute and not five minutes? Or ten? How much battery could it possibly use to stay on for ten minutes?) but that's fine because I've just made sure that if I get to the point at which I think it'll power off I take whatever's on there off, then put it back on.
I really mostly use the scale to weigh meats for a variety of reasons. But typically I don't really need to weigh other stuff. I need to start having smoothies again and, as such, I'll begin measuring them out as well.
Anyway, I really like it as a scale. Great quality, seems very accurate, it doesn't feel "cheap" even though it's quite inexpensive. It also weighs up to 11 pounds!
Again ... I love this scale. I've had it since Christmas. I don't use it daily because I mostly do things by guessing but I'm really looking forward to using it for baking brownies which I usually do at least once a year0
