Skipping the 'preaching', 'clean eating', etc etc, CICO. If you have 800 left and consume 660, you're still in deficit and will 'lose'.

    In more ways than one.

You will be in a deficit. If this is a larger pattern of eating in a deficit, you will lose weight. If it's a one day thing while you're trying to eat in a surplus, it will not affect your overall gains.

Aren't you the one who told me in another post that I needed psychiatric help for logging 190 calories eaten one day on the next day's log?

This thread isn't about you and I refuse to be baited into an argument with you.

Goddamn makes me glad I don't drink. As long as you are in a deficit it's fine

If you are going to attempt to correct someone, you should at least make sure you are correct. In this case, you are not.

    Bated- waiting in suspense
    Baited- to lure
