Hi my story so far....

hi everyone! I've been using the app for nearly 4 months now, and I've lost nearly 2 stone but I'm finding it hard to lose any more. I'm eating around 1400 calories a day and training 4 times a week. Sometimes I go off track and have a few beers and eat junk but I'm relatively good. Has any one any tips ?

    1400 calories means your metabolism is at a crawl right now. Basically, your body has become more efficient by using less calories to give you energy and ultimately sustain life. I know because I did the same thing and stalled. Research "reverse dieting" and read the diet articles on muscleforlife.com if you haven't. I started adding my calories back in 100 per week (daily) and am back to eating 1700 per day while still losing after being stuck at 1500. Food for thought!
