Hello everyone! Anyone who could give me advice would be much appreciated. I am a 20 year old female, 5'6.5 (171cm), and currently weight 54.4kg (120lbs). I work out 4~5 times a week, designating days to certain body parts (leg day, back day, shoulder day, etc). I would like to ask of you what caloric intake and PCF would be best. I would like to maintain being in the same weight range of 54.4~56kg (120~125lbs) if possible. Any advice?
