Hey im new to fitness pal and im aiming to lose 1stone. I struggle with food and crave alot of the bad things but ive been using fitness pal for 4 days now and its helping alot with sticking to eating enough of the right things. I wouldnt say i was overweight but i dont feel comfortable in my body i want to lose this stone and tone up my body ready for the summer. I also have health problems so its more about feeling in control of it all instead of feeling like a failure in every aspect.

    Hi I used to be the same used to crave all the bad stuff and now I've been sticking to this app fully for a month now eating well and I've lost 10lbs don't even think about that bad stuff anymore makes me wonder why I ever ate it to start with
