Burpees

Let it be known that I HATE BURPEES!!! I work out with my daughter, she pushes me hard and I can keep up with most things she throws at me - we have recently started a heavy lifting program (NROLFW) and I can match the weights she uses.

But, this morning she decided we needed more and added a 20 minute worker by Bob Harper which included five rounds of 10 burpees, 15 tricep lifts and 25 jump ropes. I can NOT get these darn burpees. . . what is the secret??? :cry:
