Hi my name is Shay and i am new here. I have been overweight my whole life and now that i have my daughter things NEED to change. I have tried many times to loose that wait but i have never been very motavaited. So i saw this place and thought i would give it a try. So far i like what i see so i am for Hopeful i can do this but i will need some help.
