It's only day 6, yet I'm already struggling for motivation to get up and go the gym. This is sad. Very sad.

    The go do something outside? ..... and quit whining. LOL j/k It takes about 3 weeks to get into a habit. Get yur hiney moving! ;)

    It may be sad, but it's normal. I'm a distance runner and sometimes I struggle to get up and go running. Don't beat yourself up. Are there other forms of exercise you can use to alternate with gym trips, in order to keep things interesting? Can you walk, run, hike, swim, bike, play tennis, do workouts at home (there are tons of free workouts available on the web). Doing fun things as exercise often helps with motivation. Good luck!
