First time pregnancy and want to stay fit andHEALTHY throughout! Looking for friends

hello! I am a 31 year old first time mama to be! (Other than our 5 fur babies) I have always counted calories and worked out.. Been very conscious of gaining weight and being unhealthy. Now I am almost 10 weeks pregnant, I am having to change my eating habits and way of thinking on what I eat. Up until now I has been eating 1200 Cals per day and eating low cal and low carb. I usu would eat what I want on the weekend and then be strict throughout the week. I usually do the cross trainer or elliptical 2-3 times per week.

Now, at 10 weeks, I am eating 1500-1600 calories and will go up to 2000 at my second trimester. I am also not focusing on low carb but rather eating good carbs.

Looking for anyone who has been there or is here and wants to share ideas and support! I want a healthy baby and want to do and eat the best things possible while pregnant- while also not gaining unnecessary weight. Thanks!
