I'm looking for encouragement and have support to offer. I've learned a lot but have every day to go from now on and for the rest of my life. Weight loss is a journey I've completed a few times but the # always drifted up again. I know the real battle is mental - it's an attitude about what food really is; energy for life. Looking for connections who are serious about losing weight and maintaining fitness only.

    I have a similar story, I've learned lots of things over the years but after I take off the weight, it seems to creep up again. Today I started a Vegan Diet for the rest of my life with doctors orders and he told me to eat meat only once a week. I am hoping that with this fitness app and a new lifestyle that the weight will come off for good and I'll get fit and stay fit. Looking forward to hearing your success storey!
