I would like friends and accountability

I am 66, 5'5" and weigh 156. I live in the heart of Texas, and I am retired. I currently not doing any exercise. I see my doctor tomorrow for either a bulging disc or pinched nerve. My main exercise is walking and counting steps. I go between 145 and 160, my body seems to like 155 to 160. I am married, two grown kids and several grandchildren.
