How would this effect someone if they are under on a daily basis?

It depends on how much under and what your goal is, it could lead to more LBM being burned instead of fat0

The side effects take a month or two to show up and could include hair loss and brittle nails. If your overall calorie intake is too low your body will take what it needs from wherever, even if it is heart muscle. Avoid unintended side effects. Eat enough protein.0
