After 5 yrs of a sedentary life I finally am very motivate to lose weight and Myfitnesspal App is a great tool which I will be using to get to my goal of 175# actually I weight in at 282.5#

Lydia I find the new system so much user friendly. I too have a goal to get down to 150 from 163.. It seems like a little, but will help me with my high blood pressure and cholesterol. Being raised by a "slightly" anorexic" mother it is a huge number in my head. I'll stick with it if you will. Cyber diet pals!0

I also want to do this little at a time, I want to be weight healthy not skinny and unhealthy by next year today I want to be running again0
