this past week I consumed above my protein goals and below my fat goals. I experienced extreme constipation. Anyone had experience with this? I am thinking excess protein and lack of fats caused me to get constipated. Input anyone?

Hi:
I get constipated when I do not have enough fiber in my daily nutrition plan.
I have replaced "sugar" with "fiber" at MFP tracking to monitor my daily fiber intake. I eat more fruit and vegetables during the day. I add flax seed ground and chia seeds to my breakfast oatmeal. Drink a lot of water.
If I meet my fiber daily goal, I am very regular the next day.

Yes. Low cal volume also helps like dry popcorn. I use Miralax overnight if it gets really bad.0
