I am a pet sitter so my schedule is CRAZY! I don't get off days to prepare foods, so I eat lots of already prepared foods from the grocery. Would you please share what foods you prepare ahead of time, how you manage to keep these fresh (move them from freezer to fridge everyday?) for a healthy clean diet. I am also weighing my food right now, so any tips with how to do that. Any videos you would recommend to teach someone these things?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I weigh all food raw before cooking it. I prep out food for a few days at a time. You have to not care about eating things the day they are made. Some of the easiest things to prep out are: boiled eggs, overnight oatmeal, portioned out baggies of nuts, fruit and veggies (carrots, snap peas, etc), egg muffins can be made in batches and kept in fridge or frozen until ready to eat, the same for protein pancakes and waffles, debone a rotisserie chicken remove the skin and separate in to dark and white (this can be used for salads, sandwiches on low carb bread like thinslim or p28 bread, wraps on joseph's low carb pita bread), individual plain greek non fat yogurts and fruit, low sodium beef jerky portioned out, salads in a jar (you can google recipes for these, videos, and the exact order in which to stack your ingredients in the mason jars).0
