Hello I've always had weight issues after having my son I felt skinnier than ever. Shortly after having him I got post partum depression and was immediately put on meds. Before my son I was creeping up at 255 right after having him I was 230 and now a year and a half later I'm at 280

You want to lose weight???
What kinda advice your looking for?
For weight loss
1. Fill in your stats and do your settings here on MFP
2. Start logging your food/daily menu on here
3. Eat less calories than you burn
4. Weigh all your solid food on a food scale and measure your liquids
5. Start some exercise ( and you can eat 50% of those earned calories back on top of what MFP gave you) Excercise will help you get fitter
6. Have patience, determination and you will succeed.
When you dont have medical issues you can eat whatever you want inside your calorie allowance. Only by weighing your food on a food scale you learn moderation and portion control and its the only way to know as accurate as possible how many calories you really eat.
( so dont go by serving sizes or cups and spoons that is highly inaccurate and you eat more calories than you think )
Drink enough water/fluids and get enough rest
Hope that is what you wanted to know0
