So MFP gave me a daily goal of 1380 calories a day without exercise, but when I went on Fat2Fit They gave me a daily goal of 1722 calories... With MFP and trying to stay at the goal they gave me I've been losing weight but there's such a big difference between what they gave and Fat2Fit gave, I guess I'm wondering why? Also if maybe I should up my calorie intake to maybe meet in the middle of what the two suggested.

two different approaches - Fat2Fit sets your calories at maintenance for the person you want to be - mathematically it will take forever to get there.
MFP uses a more aggressive deficit of 500 cals/day per lb/week weight loss
The key difference is in the expected time - F2F talk about taking 300 off to improve loss rate somewhere I think.0 -
awesome, thank you!0
