Hello,
I'm writing to get some advice as I'm just starting out. I don't do well in eating my allotment of calories in a day (both before I was tracking and then confirmed as I began tracking them). I'm also doing insanity and jogging three days a week which ends up giving me more calories to consume.

I'm wondering about trying to eat my total calories without going too deep into the red in some areas and not enough in others. Am I right in assuming that I should be trying to get my "left" column in the Daily Nutrient Details screen as close to zero as possible? If so, I'll need to look into adding some more potassium-rich foods into my diet because I struggle there apparently.

I feel like I'll need to do some food planning because as of now I eat my typical meals and then try to figure out what snacks I can use to fill in gaps. I'm sure overloading on bananas at the end of a day isn't the best solution!
