Okay sore hamstring...is this the type of thing I should hold off running with or is it one of those "work through it" type things? Usually when I run, it doesn't bother me. I don't feel it until I'm doing a cool down walk (or if I do intervals)....
Today I did a 50 minute session of Tae Bo and the front kicks just about killed me because of it.

I find that after a combat/kickbox/taebo class and my hamstrings are achy that a good long walk or slow jog helps my hamstrings. Follow it up with some good stretches or a yoga class0
