Hello,
My name is Erica. I'm 5'5 and have 40lbs to lose. I've been on mfp before, but I didn't lose all the weight I wanted to and I gained what I did lose back. I've been back for 2 weeks and lost 5lbs initially (half water weight I'm sure). I feel that for the first time I'm taking this seriously and have changed my life for the better to make it work for me.
I'm looking for friends who aren't into gimmicks or extreme dieting. Who don't think weight loss means denying everything other than "clean foods", and believe in pure CICO (calories in/calories out) for weight loss. I'm all for supporting people, but I won't support someone who is losing weight using unhealthy methods (very low calorie diets).
Anyway add me if this sounds like you!

I'm in a similar situation, been here, done that, and just restarted. I lost 4 lbs this week. Nothing crazy just keeping under calorie and walking from 12-23 thousand steps everyday. Since I already drink lots of water I am hopeful that this weeks loss wasn't water! Add me0
