Whats up guys I'm just now discovering the forums. I have been using this app for a while, seriously tracking for about 3 months now though. Seeing some nice results.. I'm putting on quality muscle and losing fat. I'm still enjoying good foods the key that I am seeing is making sure to stay in a caloric deficit when it comes to cutting weight. Add me my food diary is unlocked let's keep each other motivated !
