I still have 590 calories left and im craving something sweet and not to bad for me ,any ideas?

    Quest bar. 20 grams of protein, 17 grams of fiber, and 200 calories or less.

    A fat free cottage cheese & frozen fruit (of ur choice)

    Just add a serving of each in a blender or nutrabullet or Ninja. I usually add a couple paks of Truvia. I'll put a little bit of ice if I want it thicker but I will add some water at first to get it going good. U can add some fat free half/half if ya want.

    U can be soooooo creative! I've put fresh baby spinach in it sometimes with the fruit (it's not a pretty color...u can pretend it's chocolate! Lol)

    Anyways it's something I'll do when I get a hankerin' for something sweet
