I am new to this site. Just got a fitbit for Mother's day. This time I've decided I've got to make a new life style with food. Started on Nutrisystem Mar. 15th. The loss has been really slow. I've lost from 209 to 195.8 in about 10 weeks. I started walking on the treadmill about 35 minutes/day. Hope to get to know some of you. Would love to find someone in my area to help me stay accountable.....
