negative calorie food??

hi,
I like eating a lot and all day. is there a food that I can eat without a limit (like munch throughout the day) that wont wrack up the calorie count?

    Something with no calories isn't a food, so the answer really is "no".

    A stalk of celery has about 8 calories. A whole cucumber has about 75.

    Nope.

    I'm not aware of any foods that don't have cals. There are zero cal drinks if you want to go that route.


    Learn self control - it'll be far more useful to you than anything else.

    I like to munch when I'm on long car trips. I take baby carrots. I mean, they're not 0 calorie at all, but they are very low calorie in the overall scheme of things.

    I have heard tales of "negative calorie food". its not that the food has less calories in it than it takes to digest the same food. Alas I do not know any proven examples of these foods.
