Hello all, I am not really new to myfitnesspal but I got way off track and I need to get back on track.
My name is Joseph and I am a 31 year old college student, I also work part time so I feel its hard to find time to eat right or exercise daily I need to stop this trend because I am already really big I am 373.6 pounds at the moment and my goal weight is around 165-220. I am also not easily motivated to exercise or eat right which is something I am trying to change so I would like to have people on my list that can keep me accountable and motivated to do well.
I thank you for taking the time to read this and feel free to send me a friend request but if you do please leave a short message I am not on here for the random of adding people.

Hi Joseph! My name is Jamie and I am in exactly the same boat as you. I am not at all new to MFP and have used it for the last 2 years. Two years ago I started my first real attempt at losing weight and was really successful; I lost a bit over 90 pounds. Then for some reason I started reverting back to my old ways (I am a bit emotional eater) and I gained back all but 20 pounds. I spent a bunch of time beating myself up over gaining back so much weight, but then finally snapped back to reality: I did it once and I can definitely do it again. I have about 125 pounds to lose in total and am here for the long haul - feel free to add me0
