In short, don't do it.
Fad diets are almost never a good idea.
They're often lacking in some essential nutrition, plus they're usually expensive.
Just eat real food in reasonable portions.0 -

Please do not.
The only thing that will get lighter will be your wallet.
Shakeology will do nothing to help you with a healthier lifestyle
You are using MFP, continue to eat at a deficit. It is free.
Good luck in your healthy journey

I second that motion. Check out my diary, I make smoothies out of natural ingredients. If you do it that way, you never have to buy into those programs. The biggest cost is the Vitamix blender - but BlendTec makes a great blender as well and cheaper. No fillers, great taste, great nutrition.0 -

True MLM scam. As for blenders, Consumer Reports rates several in the Ninja product line as equal to the Vitamix at less than half the price. If you have a Kohls near you they are often on sale, plus if you have one of their credit cards you often get mailers with up to 30% off sale prices.0 -
Have any of you actually tried it?
I just added it as a nutritional supplement. It's not FDA regulated, but neither was the protein powder I was drinking. I found a low calorie recipe I love (banana + water and ice) and so far have nothing bad to say about it. I'm continuing calorie counting w/ a deficit and workouts (switched to P90X2 to shake things up) as usual. It definitely seems to help me stay fuller longer than any other smoothie I've ever made, making it easier to stay under my calorie limit. OP feel free to PM me for more info....not really up for getting bashed on a Monday morning0 -

I have been using the chocolate for about a week now because my sister let me have some of hers. I like it a lot and it keeps me full from morning to lunch. I make it with coffee into a Frappuccino. The only thing I don't like is the price. I have been trying others but so far there is nothing I like as much. The lean 25 from GNC isn't bad but it's more calories. However, it does have more protein too.0

I can honesty say that I have used and still continue to use Shakeology in my nutrition plan ! It has aided in the process of my weight loss process.. I have currently lost 82 pounds. It took away my cravings to want to graze in the middle of the day. I drink one shake a day.. Everyone is most certainly entitled to their own opinion ! Cost averages out to be $4-5 serving a day.. Along with exercise and clean eating .. It does help !0

waste of money. Most of the flavors taste terrible. I could only tolerate the chocolate when made with coffee. I didn't lose any weight.0
