Whats your opinion on juicing?

I just got a juicer a few days ago and so far I'm really enjoying it. I've been having one each morning about 7 because usually I don't feel like eating until 10 am. I'm not trying to replace meals with a juice but just getting some extra fruits and veges in throughout the day.

If it works for you, go for it.

I've been thinking of getting one but my worry is the amount of calories you could get through and I'm not sure if I would feel full up.

Have fun. It is good for leafy greens.

Lisa I just made half a litre (approx) of juice and used 3 carrots, 3 apples and three oranges. It came to 300-350 calories (326 but I had to guess the amount of carrot juice) so for the amount you get its not to bad. Obviously if you use all fruit it will have a higher calorie count but if you mainly use vegetables and one - two fruits I can imagine it would be much lower
