Hi everyone,
My friends and I made an unexpected trip to the restaurant Smith and Westerns last night. I had a chicken breast cooked in Cajun spice and a jacket potato with salad. I can't find the nutritional information anywhere on line. Should I just pop this in as a chicken breast and jacket? Or does anyone know where I can find the nutritional info out? Thanks

Erm, she already ate there and is just looking for the nutrition info...
OP, if you can't find it for the restaurant, just try and log the individual components as best you can. I usually add an extra couple teaspoons of oil to my log, because the restaurants tend to use more than I would.0 -
Thanks, I've just done excatly that0
