Started this 30 day program today off of Bodybuilding.com which I use regularly. Anyone done it before / currently doing it / thinking of doing it?

I was looking to add something different to my exercise routine and this definitely has it, plus some interesting way of cycling carbs and fats. Anyone know how to manipulate the nutrition figures so you can add exercise calories as I much prefer that method!
