Bad days

I was my heaviest ever about a yr ago. But it took until march of this yr for me to get serious about changing. I'm down 15-16 pounds. And about 9 in total between hips and belly. I know not to weigh durin the day bc you weight changes so much during the day, so I weigh every morning. Well most mornings the number will go down some even if it's just 1/2 a pound but the past couple days I've been going down a pound then up..I know one pound isn't a huge deal it just gets frustrating hoping to see one number but then not.maybe my scale is just messed up...
Heaviest weight was around 220. Starting weight when life change 213. Weight now 197.2/198.2 hugaokrekuuv.jpg

    Try to only use the scales once a week, (same day & time each week) then you'll have a better idea how much it's changed. Do you measurements once a month.

    Thanks I'll try to resist the scale :) i do my measurements about every 3 weeks or so
