So of course my cheap a- wanted to go to walmart and buy their 15$ scale, since I was not too too big (in the beginning) on thinking that this was going to work
But now I am
The scale keeps telling me that I gained 6 pounds in three days or tells me I lost 4 pound in a milli second of jumping off
What scales do you all use? I am not tight on money, I am just cheap

    Hi
I had a scale that was giving bad results just like Yours. I junked it since a scale You can not trust is a useless scale.

What I decided was that if a Balance Beam scale like the doctors use is good enough for them it would be good enough for me. I plunked down the $179 w/free shipping and the results are always accurate now. I decided that I was worth it and that if I was going to put the expense and time into eating healthy to lose weight that a little more as a one time expense was OK.

I'm frugal, not cheap where it matters. Quality things work and last.

    Good Luck

Being a geek, I also got an expensive Withings scale but it said I weighed one pound more than my other, cheaper scale so I returned it. Don't need any negativity around me. My other scale already said I weighed one pound more than the scale at my gym and my wife's scale, which is why I bought the Withings scale in the first place. Eventually I will figure out how to reprogram and re-calibrate my scale so that it says I weigh less. Then I will really be a geek.
