I'm a 31 year old female, stay at home mom to 3 children, 1, 3, 5. I do very well with exercise, but have allowed the calories to creep up too much over the last year or so. I would love to find others with similar goals to help keep me motivated and accountable. I have around 15 pounds I'd like to lose. I enjoy weight training 3 X a week and do cardio 3X a week as well. Looking to start making myself a higher priority so that I can be better for myself and those around me.
