In three months I gained ~17 pounds. So for my New Years Resolution, I decided to lose all that unnecessary fat by summer. I made minor changes to my diet (lowered carbs to 200-300g, limit sweets, and drank more water.) In 3 months I lost 8lbs. The last 2 months I tapered down for my comp (100g carbs), and lost the remaining 9lbs.

All in all, just wanted to remind you guys that we don't need to go crazy with our diets. It may have taken me a few months, but I managed to keep my energy and most importantly, ate foods that enjoyed eating!
