so I went on a long long long long break .. No exercise and way past the calorie count. I was moving out of my dorm and back home, with my final project review bang in the middle. I'm not going to make any excuses.. I know I slacked majorly.
Now I need to get back on track with a new beginning on a fresh Monday. Wish me luck, maybe? All tips and tricks will be highly appreciated.

Weigh, measure and log everything you eat and drink. Stay within calorie limit. Everything in moderation.
