More Protein!

I'm finding I'm consistently fighting trying to increase my protein on a daily basis. I'm shooting to be above 100+ to go with the weight training I've been working on but I'd rather not get protein from shakes and bars.

So where do you get your extra protein each day?

    Check out my diary (it's public). I do drink a protein powder on weight training days, but yesterday I ate 142g without any supplements. Meat, eggs, Greek yogurt, nuts, nut butter, and a bit of cheese.
