After having a very serious discussion with my husband, I had a weight loss breakthrough. I'm 29, going to be 30 later this year and we want to start having a family soon. I'm currently 186 and would like to lose 45 pounds. I realized that I was always trying to take big leaps instead of small steps.
That's where I'm starting fresh now. I'm tracking my calories, wearing my fitbit everyday, weighing and measuring my food. I just want to stay focused and have a community to talk to.
