Hello All

Hi, I just joined last week MFP so I am about to embark on a long 2 year Journey to get in the best physical shape I have ever been and hopefully be able to maintain it afterwards. My goal is to shed off my 26% body-fat down to 4-7% and hopefully to get all that replaced by muscle mass.

on top of the healthy diet, since 1st of June I have been going to the Gym every morning for 30 -45 min exercise and I intend to maintain that as long as possible.

I am very new at this so have no idea what to expect.

    You should look forward to supportive people and being able to share concerns, ideas and support. This is a great forum for people who have generally the same goal - to be better versions of themselves.
