need some advice......

Weighed myself this morning and realized all this swelling in my lower extremitlies is adding some lb's to the scale =( need to get rid of this water weight.....any ideas?????

  • Drink water, water, and more water!! I know it sounds silly, but drinking more water will help you flush out that water weight and stop retaining so much water. Just make sure that you slowly increase your water, or you will be running to the bathroom every five minutes. ;)

    Lots of water is your best bet. Also, check out foods that are natural diuretics (like asparagus).

    I have been drinking tons of water and avoiding sodium.....(or trying to my best)
    and it seems to be working =)
