Loosing my focus

what the heck!!?? Sorry for the vent but I am having a hard time staying on track... Dinner is my worst! I just eat and eat :( it's been super bad this week! It's like by the end of the night I just loose willpower and I want to enjoy my food in large quantities. Looking for some ideas on how others put their foot down and say no!

    Whenever I have a serving of ice cream, I sometimes have the urge to go in the kitchen and just eat the whole container. When this happens, I just tell myself if I eat the whole container, the workout I had that day would have been for nothing. I WILL NOT sacrifice 2 hours of hard work for ten minutes of pleasure from food.
