I'm Stefanny, newby here.. 49 years young from Vancouver, Canada. I am determined to make better food choices and tracking, exercise regularly with an end to gain energy and better health for myself and my family. I joined weight watchers in February and losing some every week! I'm working out 3 times a week, and now have this awesome app for tracking. I face challenges every day which am starting to journal as well as celebrating small successes. How's everyone doing?
