Net calories over a week

Options
I have used WW successfully in the past to lose baby weight. I started again this time, and lost 15kg, but I'm stuck with the last 5kg and have been since January. I'm used to WW where you can "save" up some of your calories during the week to "spend" at weekends. Because of my lifestyle (full time work and small kids) I eat super healthily and exercise lots during the week, but can't exercise much at weekend and want to be able to socialise and eat family meals at the weekends.

Do you have any tips for how low you can have your net calorie consumption during the week v how high you can have it at the weekend that means you can stay losing weight? My average over the entire week is still 1200 a day, but weight loss since I left WW in Jan has totally stalled. [Why change what isn't broke, you may ask, but childcare costs more than my mortgage, so I've had to make a lot of sacrifices!!]

I'm in a very similar situation to you (having lost most of my weight on WW) and asked the same question about "storing" up calories so am interested in what people say. What I've been doing is overeating on the days I do a lot of exercise (so still not going over the exercise calorie + food calorie total) and then having a few lighter days (a couple of hundred calories under my MFP daily total) to help keep my totals in check. You can always check your net calories in the reports to see what kind of calorie deficit you are having over the week. Personally, I found that on WW I could sometimes undereat because I didn't like the idea of eating APs back. I have better losses when I eat some of my exercise calories, but not all.

I have been doing this on maintanance for over a year. I eat below my maintanance calories for 5 days, and then eat over them for 3. It works fine for me.
