Transfering from MFP to Endomondo?

I've used Endomondo earlier but for the last 5 months or so I have logged most of my workouts in MFP. I now wish to use Endomondo for my workouts and MFP for logging my meals.
Is it possible to transfer my workouts from MFP to Endomondo, and how do I do it? I know its' possible the other way.
