I'm absolutely galled that the 1200 default setting contributed to your struggles. That needs to change. 1200 is wrong for most people. Of course people who are starting out will want to do the fastest thing, and the fact that it's a default setting on here legitimizes it, seeing results reinforces it, and just, there's no reason you should have had to have gone through that. Sorry for going off, this is about your success!

Really, truly spectacular.In April 2013 I bought *the* starter book, NROL4W, and jumped into lifting. And I'm lifting since. It has done wonders to my body, and my mind too.
