Dinner On The Go?

Hoping some one will be able to give me some helpful advice on this!

I've recently started commuting to work by train. I've only got a couple of hours between getting home and going to bed and I don't want to have to spend this time cooking. I'm usually starving by the time I get home too so I'm overeating.

I've decided, where possible, to eat my dinner on the train. I have a Thermos mug that's wide enough to eat from and there's a microwave in work that I can use to heat my food before putting it in the Thermos. However I don't want to eat anything too stinky out of respect for other commuters!

So far I was thinking stews or casseroles would work best but I'd love to hear some other suggestions! What do you suggest for dinners I can eat on the train?

if you can pack cool things- keep cold at work then you can have salads as well- with things like grilled chicken or steak on them.
