Do you have to be premium member to sync fitbit?

I have tried many time to connect myfitnesspal to my fitbit flex and to no avail can someone please educate me on this endeavor?

Are you trying from the website or phone app?

If from the phone app, they have been having issues.

I've tried from both. Do you have to be a premium member.

Has the problem been repaired yet because it is still redirecting me to the fitbit site. I have fitbit on my phone and I don't need to reinstall it again.

You don't have to be a premium member. However, I have had endless trouble with the link between MFP and Fitbit. Two months is about the longest I've ever gone without having to re-link them.

In short - not a premium feature, it does work, you may have to persevere.
