Leg workouts

Over the years my leg workouts have consisted of High Rep Sled, Standing Calf in Squat rack, but mostly Kicking a Heavy bag for years and years. I certainly think we often ignore the larger muscle groups such as legs which can be very beneficial to burning "at rest" calories. If you've hit a weight loss wall think about adding a leg routine to your weekly workout.
