Yes, but for that matter, a person can gain weight if they eat just a little more than what they burn. However, you would have to net 3500 calories to gain a pound.0

Right... just don't make it a habit. Consistency is key and moderation is good for the soul As long as you're within or under your desired range 80% of the time, the other 20% won't hurt you. A few pounds up, a few pounds down. The good news is when you have those days where you indulge it only takes a few days to get rid of the excess water, etc.0
